Step 1
When the vassel first enters our dockyard the required length and weight measurements are taken. Ropes are attached to secure the vessel. An extra steel keel is provided to protect the main keel of the vessal. If it is a fiber-glass hull, we add an extra cushion between the keels for protection.

Step 2
Rollers are added in a path from the vessal towards inland to the final docking position. 2-4 side rollers are used for support which will move freely along with the boat. The boat is then positioned to be vertically center for easier movement. Depending on the boat, a wooden support may be added to the sides along with steel support.
Step 3
After the boat is ready for hauling, it is grounded in the soft sand. Using Hydraulic Winch and steel wires (with the support of the bottom rollers and side support) the boat is hauled slowly and safely.

Step 4
When the boat has reached the allocated area on land, hydraulic bottle jacks are used to remove the previously attached steel keel. We let our customers decide how far up the boat gets uplifted via wooden supports to allow the most suitable working space.
